Shipping & Delivery
We deliver anywhere in Indonesia. Delivery is via TIKI JNE.
Rush/Urgent Delivery
We use Tiki JNE to deliver all your items. Therefore, how many days it takes for your items to be delivered is completely not in our control. Should you need your items urgently, please order minimal a week before your urgent date. For Jakarta Area, minimum of 3 days should be sufficient.
Gift Wrapping Service
We gladly gift wrapped your items with minimum charge applied for gift wrapping service and that petite little card. Contact us for message details.
Refund
We are very sorry that we are NOT able to refund any purchase in this site. Please make sure and confirm all your orders with us before you pay. We welcome all questions PRIOR to transactions.
We are not responsible on goods damaged during shipping. If it's our mistake to deliver the wrong goods, please send it back to us via TIKI JNE. We will pay the return delivery fee.
